Scanner issue

I have a bar-code scanner, Honeywell 1300G. My computer recognizes that the device is connected and working, but BTTHC doesn't detect it! I've updated drivers and restarted and all that jazz. Halp!

    Glad we were able to confirm over the weekend that your new scanner is indeed working with BioTrack.
